Started cooking at the young age of 13 and proceeded to pursue to culinary arts ever since. Mason has grown to own 3 Michelin star restaurants and has a personal specialty in Texas styled BBQ. His recipes have gained attention throughout the cooking world. Mason comes from a family of foodies who have introduced him to a multitude of pallets.
