since. Mason has grown to own 3 Michelin star restaurants and has a personal
specialty in Texas styled BBQ. His recipes have gained attention throughout the
cooking world. Mason comes from a family of foodies who have introduced him to a multitude of pallets. Mr.Boss will be giving tips on how to deliver dynamite dishes including advise on how to better smoke meats and to provide a gourmet spin on any dish. 10 years of job experience
